What this site is

This website is operated by Ken Kaneversky Insurance Solutions, LLC, an independent licensed insurance agency in St. George, Utah. It exists to educate and to let you request a personalized, no-obligation illustration. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Educational — not advice, not an offer

• Content here is general education. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice — talk to your CPA or attorney for those questions.
• Any coverage amounts or example figures are illustrative only — they are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price, eligibility, or returns.
• All coverage is subject to carrier underwriting, product availability in your state, and the terms of the actual policy. Only the issued policy controls.

Licensing

Our agents are licensed where they do business — currently Utah and nine additional states (IN, NV, ID, WY, SD, HI, CA, AK, TX). If you live elsewhere, tell us and we’ll be straight with you about what we can and cannot help with.

The chat assistant

The site chat is AI-assisted, identifies itself as such, and is reviewed by a licensed human. It will never quote firm prices or give medical, legal, or tax advice. Anything it shares is educational and illustrative under these same terms.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you opt in on one of our forms, Ken Kaneversky Insurance Solutions, LLC sends SMS messages for the purposes you consented to: transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and replies to questions you ask us) and, with separate consent, marketing and promotional messages about our services. Message frequency varies. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and entering your phone number alone does not opt you in — only the consent checkboxes do.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and coverage.
• The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping of other visitors’ information, and no submitting someone else’s personal details without their permission.
