Who we are

Ken Kaneversky Insurance Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us”) is an independent, licensed insurance agency based in St. George, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, state, and anything you write in a form or chat message when you request an illustration or ask a question.
  • General qualifying details — to prepare relevant options before we speak, a form may ask a few optional, non-sensitive questions such as your age range, your coverage goal, a coverage-amount range, your timeline, whether you currently have coverage, homeownership and an approximate mortgage range, number of dependents, your retirement timeframe, an approximate range of savings you’d like to protect, and (for employers) company size and your role. These are general ranges only — we never ask for, and you should never enter, health or medical details, a date of birth, a Social Security number, or any account numbers. A licensed agent collects anything sensitive later through secure channels.
  • Basic usage information — standard technical data your browser sends (such as pages visited and device type) used to keep the site working and improve it. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and prepare personalized, illustrative coverage options.
  • To contact you about your request by the methods you consented to.
  • To meet our legal and licensing obligations as an insurance agency.

We do not sell your personal information. Your details go to our licensed agency — not to lead brokers. We use trusted service providers (such as website hosting and our secure client-management system) only to operate this service, under confidentiality obligations.

Texting, calls, and email consent

Our forms offer two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes: one for transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions) and one for marketing and promotional messages. Neither is required to submit a form, and entering your phone number alone does not opt you into text messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is never shared. Your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are shared only with our SMS delivery providers, and solely so we can send you the messages you requested.

You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to any text, use an unsubscribe link in email, or simply tell us. Reply HELP in a text for help. Opt-outs are honored automatically and permanently in our systems.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to make it work — for example, remembering a form in progress or keeping the chat assistant connected. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to sell or share your browsing activity. Standard technical logs (pages visited, device type) are used only to keep the site secure and improve it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though the chat assistant may not remember your conversation.

The chat assistant

Our website chat is AI-assisted and identifies itself as such. Chat messages are stored with your inquiry so a licensed human can review and follow up. Please do not share medical details, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers in chat — a licensed agent will collect anything needed through secure channels.

Keeping and protecting your data

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed to serve your request and meet insurance record-keeping requirements. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to people who need it to help you.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honor the same requests for everyone, and we never discriminate for exercising them.
